Apprentice Chef required to work on a very exciting gourmet food truck. You will train under a certified Master Chef of Great Britain who has 3 Michelin star restaurant experience and has travelled the world as personal chef to the Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates. This will be a rewarding role for the right candidate with potential to go on and have a fantastic, varied and potentially very profitable and different career as a chef.

I am the chef founder of Yamza. We create unique and gourmet cuisine to sell from the Yamza food truck based on my experience as a travelling Masterchef having worked around the globe travelling and cooking for royalty.

Potential for the candidate to grow with the business eventually running their own truck or moving into our first yamza restaurant as Head chef. Alternatively through chef Ed’s contacts can go on to work on mega yachts and for Royalty.
Training Provided:
Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.
One day a week at College and work place mentor & skills officer visits.
