Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist and Care Coordinator to join our team at Pembroke Medical Group. This vital role involves managing patient interactions and coordinating care to ensure smooth operations across our practices.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients efficiently and courteously.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records.
Coordinate patient care activities with healthcare professionals.
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence.
Maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Support the team in implementing practice protocols.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of patient services.
Qualifications
Proven office experience in a healthcare setting.
