About the role
As a Marketing Executive at White Space Agency, you will play an integral role within our marketing team, supporting the delivery of strategic, results-driven work for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will help shape and deliver marketing proposals, campaign strategies, and multi-channel activities that support client objectives and drive measurable results.
This is a varied, hands-on role that will see you involved across the creative and delivery process, from planning through to execution. We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, organised and proactive, with the ability to work to deadlines, manage multiple priorities and contribute positively within a fast-moving agency environment.
One day you could be working with a globally renowned superyacht manufacturer, the next with a children’s not-for-profit, a public awareness campaign, a commercial brand, or a local SME - making every day genuinely varied, rewarding and exciting.

Your skills and responsibilities will include:
- Implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to a high standard.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop marketing strategies and content.
- Implementing pay-per-click campaigns across digital platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Setting up conversion tracking in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and similar systems.
- Monitoring campaign performance to drive meaningful results for our clients.
- Producing data-driven reports and turning insights into actionable recommendations for client improvement.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong interest in the marketing industry and staying up to date with trends and technologies.
- Ability to work to deadlines and budgets.
- Building positive client-facing working relationships.
Desired qualities and experience:
- Ability to implement organic social media and pay-per-click advertising.
- An analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and adjust strategies based on performance.
- A friendly, positive personality who is highly motivated and organised with a desire to make a meaningful difference in marketing.
