Membership Advisor & PT – Anytime Fitness New Southgate

Female Personal Training is a core part of our member experience, and we are looking for a passionate, motivated, and professional Female Fitness Instructor (minimum Level 2 qualified) or currently studying Level 3 Personal Training to join our team at Anytime Fitness New Southgate (N11 1FJ).

This opportunity is ideal for Personal Trainers and condidates based in North London.

We offer flexible working options:

Option 1:

⭐ If you are a Level 3 Personal Trainer, you can pay rent and keep 100% of your PT earnings, giving you full control over your PT business.

Option 2:

⭐ Work 12 hours per week supporting members on the gym floor, delivering classes, assisting with sales and outreach, and helping maintain a clean and professional gym environment. Client rent or commission will be applicable.

Option 3:

⭐ If you hold a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification, work 12 hours per week supporting members, delivering classes, assisting with sales and outreach, and maintaining a clean and professional gym environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support members in achieving their fitness and long-term health goals

Deliver high-quality Personal Training and group sessions

Proficient in ClubWise and CRM systems

Manage member enquiries, contact prospects, and arrange tours, visits, and free trials.

Provide gym floor support and ensure safe exercise techniques

Promote and contribute to membership sales and outreach activities

Work towards KPIs and agreed PT targets

Maintain high standards of Health & Safety

Help maintain cleanliness and equipment standards

Minimum Qualifications

Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification (CIMSPA recognised – UK)

Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (for PT rent option)

REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent (where applicable)

Additional Requirements

Valid First Aid Certificate

Public Liability Insurance (£5 million minimum) if working as a PT

Immediate start preferred

Full flexibility (Monday–Sunday)

Work Location: In person
