We are a busy customs and logistics office based in Staines. We are looking for a Polish-speaking Office & Operations Administrator to join our team.
This is not a receptionist role, not a sales role, and not a finance role. It is a practical office operations role where you will help manage emails, documents, client requests, internal communication and customs/logistics paperwork.
Customs experience is not required. We will train you properly.
What matters most is reliability, accuracy, calm prioritisation, good written communication and the ability to follow a detailed process carefully every day.
Polish is required because part of our internal and client communication is in Polish.
