The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to learn about mobile phone repair and maintenance. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, with a structured training programme over three months to enhance your expertise in computer networking, computer repair, and hardware troubleshooting.

Role Requirements
As a Trainee Mobile Phone Technician, you’ll receive full training in:
- Repairing and servicing of mobile phones, learning to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Utilising hand tools to disassemble and reassemble devices under supervision
- Interpreting schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs
- Conducting software updates and installations with guidance
- Testing functionality post-repair to ensure quality standards are met
- Diagnosing faults in smartphones and tablets
- Screen, battery and component replacements
- Safe handling of small parts and tools
- Maintaining a tidy and efficient workspace
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build your skills step-by-step, working alongside experienced technicians.

Earnings and Hours
- The starting salary is £24,784.50, rising to c£27,000 after probation period has successfully been passed
- 33 days paid holiday, 5 paid sick days (per year)
- The typical hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
