Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our wholesale cash and carry. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing visually appealing displays that attract customers and enhance the shopping experience. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual presentations. The position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to the overall success of our warehouse.

Duties

Develop innovative visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes
Create attractive window displays and in-store arrangements to maximise customer engagement
Organise and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store
Collaborate with store managers and marketing teams to plan promotional displays
Ensure all visual elements are well-maintained, clean, and accurately reflect current campaigns
Conduct regular audits of visual displays to ensure consistency and effectiveness
Keep abreast of current trends in retail design, colour schemes, and display techniques
Assist in training store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices

Experience

Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role within wholesale or fresh produce
Strong portfolio showcasing previous visual display projects
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is a plus
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable, facilitating effective communication within diverse teams
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative flair with an eye for layout, and design principles
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
