Enough about us, what’s the role?

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Customer Service Representative to join our team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing a high volume of inbound calls and ensuring each enquiry is handled efficiently and accurately. Your role will involve quickly understanding customer needs, directing them to the right department, or arranging a timely call-back from the appropriate specialist.

This position is key to ensuring a smooth customer journey – it requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls promptly and professionally
Accurately assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate team
Arrange timely call-backs and follow-up actions
Keep clear, organised records of customer interactions and next steps
Maintain call logs and performance metrics
Collaborate with colleagues to improve call routing and response times
Adhere to FCA guidelines and internal service standards
Identify trends and provide feedback to help improve customer experience

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a customer service or call-handling role
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
Confidence in using CRM or telephony software
Calm, professional approach under pressure
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
Basic understanding of car finance products is a plus

Details:

Annual salary of £27,500 (£30,000 after passing probation)
Working pattern: 09:00 – 18:00, 5 days per week, Monday – Saturday (you will receive a rota’d weekday off should you work a Saturday)
28 days holiday (bank holidays are not automatically booked off and are granted on a first come first served basis) + 1 additional day off for your birthday
