Location: Wirral Headquarters & Liverpool City Centre Store

Typical Working Pattern (subject to occasional change with adequate notice):
- Saturday – 9:00am–5:00pm (Wirral Headquarters)
- Sunday – 11:00am–4:00pm (Liverpool Store – Retail)
- Monday – 9:00am–5:00pm (Wirral Headquarters)
- Tuesday – OFF
- Wednesday – 9:00am–6:00pm (Liverpool Store – Retail)
- Thursday – OFF
- Friday – 9:00am–5:00pm (Wirral Headquarters)
(Always 5 days on / 2 days off)

About T-Nutrition
T-Nutrition is the UK’s largest independent sports nutrition retailer, operating both online (t-nutrition.com) and through physical retail stores. We ship approximately 30,000 e-commerce orders per year and operate across two sites either side of the River Mersey in Birkenhead, Wirral and Liverpool.
We are a fast-growing, hands-on, entrepreneurial business that is now moving into a more structured and professional phase of growth. To support this, we are looking to recruit a Retail & E-Commerce Operations Assistant to work across both our Liverpool retail store and our Wirral Headquarters.
The Role
This is a varied, responsible role combining retail, warehouse, and e-commerce operations. You will sometimes be working independently and trusted to manage responsibilities on your own.
This role would suit someone with experience as a Retail Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, Fulfilment Operative, or E-Commerce Assistant.
When based at our Liverpool store, the role is focused on retail sales and customer service.
When based at our Wirral Headquarters, the role supports our Warehouse & E-Commerce Fulfilment operation, working closely with the Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities – Wirral Headquarters
- Picking, packing, labelling, and dispatching e-commerce orders via Royal Mail
- Processing approximately 50–140 orders per person per day accurately and efficiently
- Handling courier claims (approximately 1% of orders annually – around 300 per year)
- Goods-in processing from suppliers, including palletised deliveries
- Inbound and outbound goods handling, including loading and unloading deliveries
- Accurately recording deliveries, dispatches, and stock movements using Shopify (full training provided)
- Conducting monthly stocktakes and resolving stock discrepancies
- Inventory management for online orders and stock transfers
- Customer service via email and phone
- Serving walk-in customers and handling cash sales
- End-of-day till cashing-up
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised warehouse and pick & pack area
- Manual handling of stock, including use of pallet pump trucks
Key Responsibilities – Liverpool Store
- Providing excellent face-to-face customer service
- Advising customers on products and promotions
- Operating the till and handling cash/card payments
- Opening and closing the store (keyholder responsibilities)
- Maintaining high retail presentation standards
What We’re Looking For
Experience in retail, warehouse, e-commerce, or operations roles is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided. We are looking for someone reliable, proactive, switched-on, and comfortable with responsibility. We value people who naturally look for what needs doing rather than waiting to be asked.

Knowledge of Sports Nutrition or experience in a previous Sports Nutrition role/company is preferred and would be advantageous to candidates.
