This role is a 6 month FTC assignment.

Ambitious and looking to develop your HR expertise? Here’s the perfect opportunity to add breadth and depth to your HR skills while you grow your career in this highly successful business located in the Llantrisant area. You will join a company that understands the value HR adds commercially through its people. Reporting to a well experienced Head of HR, you will:

HR Business Partner

Location: Llantrisant

Type: Contract

Salary: £45,000 to £50,,000

Enjoy working autonomously, using your initiative and making your own decisions
Accountable for your own site and be first point of contact for managers and employees for all HR and people matters
Support site recruitment when necessary
Provide a range of HR services supporting, advising and coaching line managers on ER matters including performance management, absence, grievances and disciplinaries
Deliver training to line management on HR practice
Ensure consistency in implementing all HR practices and procedures across your site
Lead monthly staff forum meetings ensuring communication across the workforce
Oversee all personnel file administration ensuring strict legal compliance
Assist with ongoing key HR projects – staff engagement, wellbeing
Provide weekly MI reports on absence, engagement, turnover

We are looking for a candidate:

CIPD qualified
Ideally has manufacturing experience
Confidently seeks to use their initiative and make their own decisions
Builds strong working relationships
Good understanding of Employment Law
Has credibility to be recognised as the main point of contact for providing HR advice and guidance
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with good time management skills, well able to meet deadlines
Excellent IT skills
