Who We Are
We are TWO PLUS TWO, and to say that we are experienced quantity surveyors and planners doesn’t quite sum us up. We’re more than just a practice or consultancy: we’re a collective of progressive, tenacious and invested problem-solvers and strategists.
We are here to create a lasting legacy within our team and our sector, to set incredible standards for others to follow and provide a breath of fresh air to our industry.
We invest in our people, constantly protect, nurture and enhance our culture and stay true to our values and what matters to us most.
What We Do
We work for a wide variety of clients in the multi-disciplinary infrastructure sector including rail, water, highways and power.
There is no problem too big. No task is insurmountable. We take the difficulty from other hands and tackle it head-on with agility and enthusiasm.
Who we are looking for
TWO PLUS TWO is looking for a Graduate / Quantity Surveyor to join our ever-expanding team. We have opportunities across a variety of sectors and throughout the UK and offer a flexible working environment with a hybrid of home, office and client-based working.
We are looking for someone with BSc in a related degree, a great team spirit, good communication skills and bags of motivation and enthusiasm. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years post-university experience.
Along with the typical range of contractor-style quantity surveying skills we are looking for someone who can flourish in the more contentious elements of the sector or who has a passion to do so. We are also looking for someone who will develop strong, collaborative relationships and help contribute to the growth of the business.
Performance at every level will be assessed not only on outcomes, but also on how individuals demonstrate our core competencies, alongside our values and behaviours. This ensures that growth, development, and success are aligned with both what we achieve and how we achieve it.
