We are looking to recruit Agents to join our close knit and diverse family, we provide all our staff with the opportunities to learn and grow with us. You may be surprised to know all our Team Leaders and Managers once started on the phones themselves.
As an Up-sales Advisor, you will help existing customers to maximise value from our services. Your expertise will help customers understand their energy consumption and identify opportunities for savings, by looking at products such as mobile sims, gas, electric and broadband. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5.15pm
Friday: 9am – 4pm (No weekends!)
Please note, hours are subject to change as per the business needs
Pay: Basic £24,784.50 per annum paid fortnightly (+ bonus opportunity of up to £250 per week for first 2 months, then uncapped bonus earning potential!!
- Engage with customers to assess their energy needs and provide tailored advice on energy-efficient products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes affecting energy efficiency.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required for effective interactions.
