Painter - 1x Permanent, full-time role available.
About the role:
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, Painter to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets.
The role is permanent with a salary of £33,024 a year, as we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions so there is room for you to forge your perfect job.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 8am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.
Criteria for Role:
To be successful in the role of Painter you will be required to have a minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in Painting along with experience. Along with a valid CSCS card and valid Driving Licence.
About the role
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is responsible for undertaking repair and maintenance work to our properties. You will provide practical skilled expertise in your designate trade, to ensure our properties and communities are maintained to the highest possible standard, service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.
