Full job description

Belmont Property Management is a seeking a new self motivated and hard working candidate to join our team in Truro, Cornwall. You will be part of a team providing knowledgeable, friendly and efficient customer service to our wide range of clients within the property sector.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the Management of a portfolio of residential properties
Overseeing, directing and coordinating work instructed by the Property Manager for repair and maintenance.
Liaising with clients, tenants and contractors as necessary.
Delivering superior customer service at all times to our clients
Ensuring high levels of communication at all times with all parties
To undertake regular inspections of the property and monitor its condition, take meter readings for gas/water/electricity
Drafting of general correspondence on behalf of the Property Manager
Arranging AGM meetings and producing the associated paperwork, attending occasional meetings as necessary.

Requirements:

Shows support for business values, demonstrates and promotes a high level of honesty and integrity
Able to work in a well-structured manner with strong organisational skills
Able to work to set deadlines, accurately and with an attention to detail
Builds and maintains good working relationships, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
Good level of literacy, numeracy and general computing skills
Good communication skills and problem-solving is essential for success in this role.
Previous property management experience is desirable; however, training will be provided
