Full job description

Pure Management Services offer a tailored, professional, and pro-active approach to property management. We handle all aspects of second home and holiday home management and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to both owners and guests.

We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Property Co-ordinator to join our office in the Roseland. This is a full-time role working five days a week including Fridays and Saturdays.

Duties will include:

Supporting the Services Manager with daily tasks
Assisting with property management checks
Liaising with laundry suppliers and housekeepers to provide first-class service
Investigating any cleaning or damage related complaints
Performing a range of administrative tasks
Supporting the on-call rota to deal with any guest emergencies
Overseeing the ordering and packing of linen
Monitoring the quality and standards of all laundered items, ensuring compliance with organisational requirements
Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock
Co-ordinating with laundry services regarding deliveries, collections, and management of rejected items

Essential Criteria:

Full, Clean, UK Driving Licence, with own transport available
Proficient in data entry and record keeping
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Willingness to travel to properties on a daily basis
Experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential
