Full job description

Uneeka is an independent business with retail stores in Truro, Falmouth and online.

With further expansion planned we are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person to join the team for 22.5 hours a week, in our office based in Truro. The candidate would need to be flexible and be able to help cover weekends.

The main responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the website and management teams. After the candidate has successfully completed our 5 month probation there is the potential to grow within the role and wage increases are consistent with performance and the length of service. In addition to the admin responsibilities below we are also interested in any creative marketing related skills that could be beneficial to the office team, though this is not essential.

Specific duties:

Undertake relevant training for the post.
To upload new products onto the Uneeka website.
Amend product information on the website.
Track incoming product deliveries.
Write and edit web copy using Uneeka’s brand guidelines and style guide
Assist in the fulfilment of online orders and ensure they are packed and delivered in a timely manner.
Assist with customer enquiries.
Cover in store if staff are absent.
Assist management as and when required.
Attend regular line management meetings.
Undertake any additional duties as required by the Company.

The successful candidate will have the following:

Excellent administration skills
Ability to pay attention to detail, communicate well and be highly organised
Excellent customer service skills.
