About Us

SW Commercials Ltd are an dynamic Isuzu Truck dealership based in Cornwall specialising in both Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs) and Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs). Known for our technical excellence and customer-first approach, we’re expanding our team to include a professional who thrives in a structured but varied administration Role

Role Overview

This role includes sales operations coordiation and administration, supporting our sales team while amplifying our brand presence. You’ll manage vehicle listings, processing and coordinate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

Process vehicle orders, invoices, and registration documents
Maintain accurate CRM records and stock availability
Liaise with sales, workshop, and finance teams to ensure smooth handovers
Prepare compliance-ready documentation aligned with Manufactures standards
Support warranty submissions and customer correspondence

What We’re Looking For

Experience in automotive/LCV sales admin or dealership operations
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to balance structured admin tasks with creative output
Knowledge of Isuzu products or commercial vehicles is a plus
Driving licence to enable occasional customer vehicle handovers
