Full job description

```Duties```
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our establishment. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Assist with moving furniture or equipment when necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills

Skills:
- Hospitality: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met
- Bilingual/Multilingual: Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is a plus
- Phone Etiquette: Professional phone manners when interacting with guests or colleagues
- Guest Services: Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction
- Hotel Experience: Familiarity with hotel operations is an advantage
