Jaydee-Brook is an established and successful Shopfitting & Commercial Internal Fit Out Company based in Peterborough. With over 35 years’ experience in retail, commercial, industrial installations and refurbishments, the Company has built a strong reputation for quality, efficiency and service.

As part of our expansion programme, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced:

OFFICE MANAGER / ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Peterborough based, (Orton Southgate, close to A1)

Hours: Full Time – Monday – Friday - Office Based 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary: Dependent on Experience, Capabilities & Ambition

Holidays: 28 Days Holiday Incl Bank Holidays

Pension: Workplace Company Pension Scheme

This is a challenging, busy and varied role, ideal for someone who not only excels in business support but also has strong commercial acumen with an understanding of costs and business operations.

Main Responsibilities:

· Provide support to Contract Managers / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator including letters, e-mails, quotations, programme of works, sub-contractor quotation requests.

· Set up relevant office and site files for Snr / Contract Managers.

· Print drawings to scale from PDF and CAD Viewer

· Set up & manage Contract Manager project files

· Ensure Contract Managers files are archived periodically and manage filing systems efficiently.

· To produce relevant Health & Safety documentation & files

· Prepare client O&M Manuals upon project completion

· Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, taking clear and concise messages

This is a fast-paced and varied role. You will be required to demonstrate excellent customer service, strong organisational and

communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.

You should have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, along with excellent IT skills and a sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

A financially astute person is required that has a financial background would be preferred.
