Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of communication products, including 4G broadband, fibre-optic internet, digital phone lines, and mobile phones. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively prospect and generate new business by identifying potential customers through various sales channels (in-person, phone, email, and social media).
Present, promote, and sell Dyfed Telecommunication Ltd.'s products and services, including 4G broadband, fibre internet, digital phone lines, and mobile phones, to potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the most suitable communication products.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical details in an easy-to-understand manner.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales and meet sales targets.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product benefits and stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in telecom products or technology-related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of 4G broadband, fibre optics, mobile phones, and digital phone systems is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
