Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Agent to join our team in the UK selling our amazing UK designed and handcrafted gifts and sculptures to Garden Centres and the gift retail market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and customer service to excel in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Agent will utilise their negotiation, communication, and organisational skills to achieve targets and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking within the local market.
Develop customised solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice.
Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts.
Manage a pipeline of leads efficiently using IT tools and CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
Drive continuous improvement by staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, negotiation, or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Valid driving licence with the ability to travel within the region as required.
Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively with diverse clients. This role offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales expertise while delivering exceptional service to clients in their sales territory.

Pay: £24,420.00-£38,369.90 per year
