As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding care and creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using practice management software
Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain organized patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims with transparency and precision
Support administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, emailing, and inventory management to keep the front desk running smoothly

Qualifications

Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with office equipment
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record keeping
