Job Vacancy: Gardener & Grounds Maintenance Operative

Due to increased workload, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Gardener & Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for outdoor work and a good understanding of plants, borders, and general garden care.

Key Requirements

A real passion for gardening and working outdoors
Good knowledge of plants and the ability to identify weeds vs desirable plants
Full UK driving licence is essential (remote working across multiple sites)
Preferably age 25+ due to vehicle insurance
Experience using power tools and garden machinery is preferred (strimmers, hedge cutters, mowers etc.)
Able to work independently and maintain high standards
