About the Role

We are a friendly and welcoming hospitality venue at the heart of our community, reopening following full refurbishment. We are dedicated to providing excellent service and a great experience for every guest. We are currently looking for full time bar staff to join our team and help deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly.
Deliver outstanding customer service and engage positively with customers.
Process cash and card payments accurately using the till system.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the bar area.
Restock beverages, glassware, and bar supplies as required.
Check customer identification to ensure compliance with licensing laws.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Previous bar, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices is desirable.

Previous bar experience essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
