What you’ll be doing

Acting as the voice of the user within your product team, ensuring their needs guide design decisions
Conducting user, market and competitor research to uncover insights and opportunities
Creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs to bring ideas to life
Collaborating closely with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and prioritise user value
Supporting story refinement and defining clear, user‑focused acceptance criteria
Working with analytics and optimisation teams to measure performance and inform design decisions
Validating designs through user testing before development begins
Championing design consistency through adherence to the Evri Design System
Partnering with engineers to ensure designs are implemented to a high standard and meet accessibility best practices
Contributing to a strong UX culture and promoting user‑centred, data‑driven design practices

What you’ll bring

Experience in a UX Designer role, ideally within a product‑led or digital environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX thinking and problem solving
Experience designing for web, mobile or progressive web applications
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
Solid understanding of user‑centred design principles and UX frameworks
Experience with user research, usability testing and insight generation
Familiarity with analytics tools and data‑driven design approaches
Understanding of design systems and pattern libraries
Awareness of agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence
