Job Details

Working pattern: 37 hours per week. Term time plus inset days, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
Actual starting salary (calculated pro rata): £22,747 per annum.
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about student wellbeing?
We are seeking a Safeguarding Administrator to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in supporting safeguarding and attendance processes across the Academy.

What You Need to Succeed

This is a varied role and duties will include:

Maintain and update safeguarding records (electronic and paper)
Monitor CPOMS and safeguarding communications, escalating concerns as needed
Provide admin support to Safeguarding, Attendance, and Pastoral teams
Arrange meetings, take minutes, and manage records securely
Support attendance processes, including morning registration
Assist with medical room administration and student health records
Produce reports, maintain spreadsheets, and ensure data accuracy
Uphold strict confidentiality at all times
