Senior Private Care Consultant
Guide Families. Build Trust. Change Lives.
This isn't simply another sales role.
Some people answer enquiries.
Some people sell services.
Others become trusted advisers at one of the most important moments in a family's life.
At Access Care, we believe exceptional live-in care begins long before a professional carer walks through a client's front door. It begins with listening. It begins with understanding. It begins with someone who genuinely cares about getting things right.
That's where you come in.
As our Senior Private Care Consultant, you'll become the first point of contact for families considering professional live-in care. You'll take the time to understand not only a client's care needs, but also their household dynamics, personalities, routines, lifestyle and expectations, enabling you to recommend the most appropriate live-in care arrangement. You'll guide each family from initial enquiry through to successful commencement, building trusted relationships and delivering an exceptional experience at every stage.
