ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Position: Full-time, office based in Islington, North London (with the opportunity for one discretionary work-from-home day per week following successful completion of probation).
Location: N1 3QP, Islington, North London
Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a discretionary performance bonus following the successful completion of six months’ service.

Our reputation is built on creativity, competitive pricing, ethical sourcing and reliable delivery. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Experienced Product Merchandiser to join our procurement team.
THE ROLE
You will play a vital role in supporting the wider team across multiple functions, helping to coordinate projects, manage information, oversee logistics and maintain efficient business operations.
Working closely with procurement, project management, finance and leadership teams, you will help ensure that orders, shipments, documentation and internal processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Administration / Customer & Project Support / Logistics & Supply Chain Support / Finance & Purchasing Support
· Supporting the day-to-day running of the office and wider business operations
· Assisting with customer orders, project administration and internal reporting
· Maintaining trackers, databases, records and company documentation
· Supporting communication with customers, suppliers and logistics partners
· Obtaining shipping quotations and coordinating shipments with freight forwarders and couriers
· Preparing and checking shipping documentation and tracking deliveries
· Supporting the team with purchase orders, invoices and administrative documentation
· Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and company events
· Assisting project managers with follow-up actions and keeping projects organised.
· Helping ensure company systems, records and processes remain accurate and up to date
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Previous administration, operations or coordination experience essential
· Experience within merchandise, sourcing, retail, manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environments would be advantageous
· Understanding of logistics, international shipping, import and export procedures, and Incoterms
· Familiarity with shipping documentation, freight forwarding and supply chain processeis required.
· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
· Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
