Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, developing insightful visualisations, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise advanced analytical tools and techniques within a dynamic environment. Candidates should possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Duties

Gather data from Patient Management System (HIS), Electronic Medical Records from Bloom EMR (Electronic Medical Records), finance systems, and other healthcare applications.
Validate, cleanse, and maintain data quality and integrity.
Develop and manage datasets, databases, and data models..
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management activities and ensure timely delivery of analytical solutions.
Create detailed documentation using Visio for system architecture and process flows.
Support database design efforts to optimise data integrity and accessibility.

Preferred Experience

3–5 years of experience in data analytics.
Experience in hospitals, healthcare providers, or healthcare consulting will be addon.
Knowledge of data standards and governance practices.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine technical analytics expertise with healthcare domain knowledge to help hospital leadership improve patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Pay: £24,420.00-£49,000.00 per year
