Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate famale Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and possess a solid knowledge of human anatomy. This role requires the ability to create a relaxing environment for clients while addressing their individual needs through tailored massage treatments.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Sports massage, deep tissue, and reflexology , ensuring each treatment is customised to the client’s requirements.
Maintain a clean and organised treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are hygienic and well-stocked.
Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care practices to enhance their wellness journey.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Skills

Qualification VTCT, ITEC Level 3 in massage therapy, Level 4 in Sports Massage Or any relevant

Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, enabling effective treatment planning.
Proficiency in various massage modalities with the ability to adapt techniques based on client feedback.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely appointments while providing quality care.
