About The Role

Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Corby
Hours: 40 hours per week including weekends
Salary: £37000 + commission and company car

What you’ll be working on

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to assist the management team at our cinch store in Corby. This role will see you grow your skills as a manager and help with the day to day running of the business.

What you’ll be doing

Motivating the team to deliver good outcomes for customers as well as achieving weekly sales targets on vehicles
Liaising with customers, both by phone/email
Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner
Working to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we’re looking for

Proven experience within motor trade sales
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, organised and results-driven
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and/or productivity targets and KPIs
Full UK driving license
