Logistics Operator – Quickline Logistics

Location: Liverpool
Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (between 07:00–18:00)
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

Now, we’re looking for a Logistics Operator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of our operations—planning, coordinating, and managing deliveries to ensure everything runs smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and coordinating same-day and haulage deliveries
Communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Planning routes and allocating jobs efficiently
Monitoring live jobs and resolving any issues in real time
Maintaining high levels of customer service and communication
Using internal systems and technology to manage operations

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Same day logistics /courier industry (Preferably)
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable using systems/technology

Working Hours

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shift patterns between 07:00 – 18:00
Occasional out-of-hours cover (evenings/weekends) on a rota basis
Out-of-hours work is fully remunerated
