Full job description

Greave’s 3D Engineering designs, manufactures, and supplies world-leading pit lane equipment. We're looking for an organised and proactive Accounts & Finance Coordinator to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business and help ensure our accounts function runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Raise and issue customer invoices upon dispatch of products
Ensure invoices are sent accurately and promptly
Resolve customer invoice queries
Monitor customer accounts and carry out credit control activities
Chase overdue payments from customers
Process supplier invoices and maintain purchase ledger records
Chase suppliers for missing invoices relating to purchased goods and services
Prepare and process supplier payments
Reconcile company bank accounts
Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns in accordance with HMRC requirements
Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledger records
Liaise with external accountants and provide information required for year-end accounts
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience in an accounts, finance, or bookkeeping role
Experience preparing and submitting VAT returns
Good understanding of sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control procedures
Experience reconciling bank accounts
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Good communication skills when dealing with customers and suppliers

Desirable:

Experience using Xero accounting software
Strong Excel skills
