Forklift Driver

SPI UK Service Ltd is seeking experienced and reliable Forklift Drivers to join our Warehouse team.

Working a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern of days and nights, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse and distribution operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate forklift trucks to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse areas.
Load and unload vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Store, stack, and retrieve stock accurately in designated locations.
Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring goods are processed correctly.
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to record stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy.
Assist with stock counts and inventory control activities.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure work areas remain clean, organised, and safe.
Follow all company health and safety procedures and site operating standards.

Requirements

Valid forklift truck licence/certification.
Previous experience operating forklift trucks within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, stock control, and materials handling.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
Strong commitment to health and safety.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and capable of performing warehouse duties when required.
A good standard of English, including spoken, reading, and listening skills, is essential to ensure safe working practices and effective communication.
Flexible and reliable with a positive work ethic.
