About Us

Spare Crib Global Ltd is a fast-growing serviced accommodation provider, offering high-quality accommodation solutions to businesses, contractors and relocation clients across the UK. We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working with numbers, finance processes and organisation. While the role centres around accounts, it also provides operational support to help keep the business running efficiently. Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.

The Role

You'll primarily support our finance function by ensuring invoices, customer payments and financial administration are completed accurately and on time. Alongside this, you'll assist with a range of operational and administrative tasks, making this a varied role with opportunities to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities

Raise customer invoices accurately and promptly.
Monitor customer payments, carry out credit control and follow up outstanding customer invoices.
Assist with processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
Support accounts team with bank reconciliations and supplier reconciliations.
Organise and file finance and business documentation.
Provide general administrative support as required.

Essential Skills

Previous experience in an accounts, finance or office administration role.
Experience with invoicing, credit control or purchase ledger.
Experience using accounting software such as Xero.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
