Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in commercial cleaning to help drive the next stage of our growth.

The Role

This is a senior management position responsible for ensuing our contracts operate efficiently, our teams deliver outstanding service, and our business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial cleaning contracts.
Manage Health & Safety and ensure compliance across all contracts.
Maintain company accreditations and compliances standards.
Recruit, onboard and support supervisors and cleaning operatives.
Develop and improve operational systems and business processess.
Work with the Managing Director to identify new business opportunities and support company growth.
Assist with marketing initiatives and client retention.
Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally before they escalate.
Carry out site audits and quality inspections to ensure consistently high service standards.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Support contract mobilisation for new clients.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Proven management experience within the commercial cleaning industry.
A strong understanding of commercial cleaning operations and service delivery.
Experience managing supervisors and cleaning teams.
Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Health & Safety and industry best practice.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive attitude with the ability to improve systems and drive continuous improvement.
A full UK driving licence.
