Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Operator and become a vital part of creating high-quality products! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for assembling components with precision and efficiency, ensuring each product meets our rigorous standards. Duties

Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure accurate and efficient production.
Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Inspect components and finished products for quality, identifying and addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve assembly processes.
Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking parts and supplies used during assembly.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools confidently.
Experience in assembly processes, demonstrating precision and attention to detail.
Prior warehouse experience is a plus, providing familiarity with inventory handling and safety procedures.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
Good manual dexterity, stamina, and focus to perform repetitive tasks accurately over extended periods.
Basic understanding of safety standards related to manufacturing environments is mandatory for this role.
