As a Team Member, you’ll be the friendly face on the floor - making customers feel welcome, serving great food & drink, and keeping the buzz alive from first hello to final game. You’ll follow clear standards, support across different areas, and escalate issues when needed.

Your Impact:

Guest moments: greet, serve, and support customers so every visit feels special.
Service delivery: keep queues moving, tables clear, and the venue tidy; reset quickly between sessions.
Game support: help customers understand how our games work and keep energy high around the venue.
Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, food hygiene, licensing and safer gambling procedures; challenge age restricted behaviours confidently; report incidents promptly.
One team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and jump in where needed—Front of house, floor, Food & Beverage, cleaning—so service flows smoothly.

You’ll Bring:

Customer first attitude with great people skills; friendly, upbeat, and helpful.
Pace & focus in a busy environment; organised with good attention to detail.
Team player energy - clear communication and willingness to learn on shift.
Experience: previous customer service experience in hospitality/retail/leisure is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
