Sun Healthcare are recruiting for Support Worker roles across their Supported Living service in Wakefield due to increasing demand for the service.

Title: Supported Living/Community Support Worker

Posts: Full Time Positions available 42 hrs per week

Pay rate: £13.71 per hour

Team: Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical needs and complex care

Area: Positions within Wakefield Available

You will be supporting people living in their own homes within the Wakefield area and you must be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
