The Opportunity
Clarity Wealth Limited is looking for an ambitious, growth-oriented Independent Financial Adviser who wants to develop their career, build a valuable client bank and play an important role within a growing financial planning firm.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced adviser who enjoys working closely with clients, takes ownership of their performance and wants their contribution to be recognised and rewarded.
We continue to invest in the growth of the business and generate regular new client enquiries that are shared across the adviser team. There are also opportunities to take responsibility for existing client relationships while developing your own client bank through referrals, professional connections, networking and company-generated opportunities.
An established client following is not essential. However, we welcome advisers who already have, or are actively developing, their own client relationships.
We are based at Beechwood House in Roundhay, Leeds, with private parking, excellent facilities and a professional but friendly team environment.
Our Values
Our EOS values guide how we recruit, work together and look after our clients.
Client First
We put clients at the centre of every decision we make.
Our advisers are expected to act in their clients’ best interests, deliver consistently high standards of service and make recommendations as though they were advising themselves or members of their own family.
Our advice is built around holistic financial planning and genuinely independent, whole-of-market research.
As a directly FCA-authorised firm, we have no contingent relationships with particular funds or product providers. We use metric-driven and evidence-based research to ensure recommendations remain objective, robust and focused on achieving good client outcomes.
This allows our advisers to work confidently, knowing they are delivering advice they genuinely believe in.
Growth Oriented
We are an ambitious and growing business and want to work with advisers who share that ambition.
You should be motivated to grow your client relationships, increase the value you deliver and continually improve as a professional.
Growth means more than generating new business. It includes:
- Developing your technical knowledge
- Working towards further professional qualifications
- Embracing constructive feedback
- Using technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes
- Developing strong professional relationships
- Looking for better ways to serve clients and support the wider business
What matters most is that you have the ambition, commercial awareness and determination to build a successful long-term career with the firm.
Strong Work Ethic
We value people who take ownership, remain accountable and consistently deliver what they have promised.
Our advisers are trusted to manage their diaries and client relationships effectively, but that autonomy comes with responsibility.
We expect advisers to be organised, responsive, reliable and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
This means following through on agreed actions, communicating clearly, taking responsibility for outcomes and contributing positively to the wider team.
Why Join Clarity Wealth Limited?
As a privately owned and growing firm, you will be a visible and valued member of the business rather than simply one adviser among hundreds.
You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence how the firm develops and build your career alongside the continued growth of the company.
Our clients are our main stakeholders. We are not owned by a product provider, investment company or external shareholder whose interests could influence the advice we provide.
