Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Remote Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone and digital communication channels to schedule appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English (and Spanish is a plus), and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. This position offers flexibility to work remotely while contributing significantly to our client acquisition efforts.

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software and telemarketing techniques
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and presenting suitable solutions
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely booking
Maintain detailed records of interactions within CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and gather additional information if necessary
Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies and improve appointment setting efficiency
Provide excellent customer service through clear, professional, and persuasive communication

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
Proficiency with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms
Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is advantageous
Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via digital channels
Organised, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and follow-up
Adaptability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity

Pay: £24,420.00-£49,503.45 per year
