The Role

FULL TIME POSITION

As our Veterinary Coordinator, you will be at the heart of practice operations. This is a highly client-focused role, combining front-of-house coordination with strong client engagement, communication, and multitasking responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience for clients and their pets, while managing appointments, handling enquiries, coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting the wider practice team.

The role also involves working closely with management to help maintain efficient systems, enhance the client journey, and support the continued growth and development of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Practice Coordination

First point of contact for clients: phone, email, walk-ins
Booking appointments, managing reminders, check-in/out
Guiding clients on services, fees, and care options
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and shared areas

About You

Highly organised and comfortable juggling varied responsibilities
Confident communicator with a calm, professional manner
Detail-oriented, particularly with finance and records
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
Experience in admin, customer service, or finance preferred

(Veterinary or healthcare experience is a bonus, not essential)
