Sales Representative (Entry Level) – Cardiff

Full Training Provided | Immediate Start Opportunities

We are expanding our Cardiff-based team and are looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join us in a customer-facing sales role. This position involves engaging with customers in residential neighbourhoods, promoting services through direct, face-to-face conversations.

No previous sales experience is necessary. Comprehensive training, ongoing mentoring, and continuous support will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

Key Duties

Conduct face-to-face customer interactions in residential areas
Introduce and explain services in a professional and engaging manner
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Respond confidently to customer questions and concerns
Accurately maintain records of customer interactions
Work towards individual and team performance objectives
Attend training sessions and development workshops
Travel to and from our Cardiff office on working days
