DEPARTMENT – Housekeeping
CONTRACT TYPE – Permanent
RATE OF PAY - £12.82 per hour plus fantastic benefits!
HOURS – 37.5 hours per week
LOCATION – Newport – NP18 1HQ

You don’t need hotel experience to join us, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn! We’re looking for people who are:
Detail‑oriented - you spot the little things that matter
Reliable & hardworking - you enjoy being active and hands‑on
Team players - you communicate well and support others
Guest‑focused - you help us create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Experienced in cleaning (hotel experience is a bonus but not essential)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Public Area Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in keeping our shared spaces looking immaculate and inviting. Every day will bring variety, and your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across all public areas
Ensuring front‑of-house and back‑of-house areas look their best at all times
Using equipment safely and responsibly
Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Supporting the wider team with a positive, proactive approach
Reporting maintenance issues, guest requests, or safety concerns
Being a proud ambassador for our resort values and guest experience
