Main Responsibilities

Repair smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers to a high standard
Diagnose hardware and software faults efficiently
Assist customers with repairs, accessories, and technical enquiries
Recommend suitable products, protection solutions, and upgrades
Handle bookings, repair tracking, and customer updates
Maintain tidy workstations and organised stock areas
Support the team in achieving sales and service targets

Requirements

Previous experience in mobile phone or computer repairs preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Confident working in a busy retail environment
