Senior Installation Technician – Field Service & Installation

Location: UK Wide (Extensive Travel Required)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Installation Technician, you will:

Install, service, maintain, and repair Reval UK's assisted bathing products at customer sites across the UK.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Complete all service reports, installation records, and documentation accurately and within required timescales.
Ensure compliance with all customer site procedures, including health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Maintain company equipment, tools, vehicles, and warehouse areas in a clean, organised, and safe condition.
Represent Reval UK professionally at all times, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays when required.

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

Plumbing qualification.
Valid CSCS Card.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good organisational and planning skills.
Competent in the use of iPads, smartphones, email systems, and electronic testing equipment.

Desirable

Electrical qualification or relevant electrical experience.
