Business Administration Apprentice
Location: Multi-site (with travel across sites)
Department: Apprenticeship Team POD
Contract: Apprenticeship Fixed Term for 2 years(Full-time working 35 hours per week)
Salary: National Minimum Wage (dependant on age)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to support both the Apprenticeship Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the delivery of training and development across the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of apprenticeship programmes and supporting the development of staff across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Organisational Development and Apprenticeship teams
Assist with the coordination and delivery of apprenticeship programmes
Support the organisation and facilitation of training sessions for apprentices and wider workforce
Maintain accurate records, databases, and learning management systems
Communicate effectively with apprentices, managers, and training teams
Help monitor apprentice progress and compliance requirements
Support meetings, workshops, and events across multiple locations
Travel between sites as required to support training delivery

Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
Good IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel across sites
