Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Administrator to join our team and drive the efficiency of our sales operations. In this pivotal role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between departments and clients. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will contribute significantly to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client interactions
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to support client meetings and internal reports
Coordinate with internal teams to process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately using Sage accounting software
Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer communications, and administrative documentation with precision
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing exceptional customer service and support
Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and meetings efficiently using Microsoft Outlook and other calendar tools
Assist with the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or related administrative roles within a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with computer literacy standards
Experience working with CRM software systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines effectively
Knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are essential for clear internal and external interactions
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills
Previous experience in customer service or IT support roles is advantageous but not required
