Coordinate, support and inspire the future of talent at Softcat
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of Softcat's Early Careers strategy by providing essential coordination and administrative support across a range of development programmes. This is a varied, fast-paced role offering the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your skills and managing multiple priorities.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
Coordinating and scheduling Early Careers training programmes, workshops and events across multiple locations and virtual platforms
Providing administrative and project support, including reporting, data management, diary coordination and maintaining L&D systems
Coordinating training logistics, including room bookings, technology requirements, facilitator engagement and attendance tracking
Managing L&D mailboxes and providing timely support and guidance for learning-related queries
Gathering feedback and producing reports to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives
Facilitating induction activities and providing on-the-day support for training sessions and events
We'd love you to have
Ability to demonstrate experience providing administrative, coordination or organisational support in a fast-paced environment
Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office and other systems, alongside the ability to learn new tools and technologies
Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, working collaboratively with a diverse range of people and teams
Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with an interest in Learning & Development and a willingness to learn and grow
