Field Service Engineer – Coffee & Vending

Walsall, West Midlands (Field-Based – Local Coverage Only)
£35,000 + Company Vehicle
Full-time | Permanent | 1 in 6 weekends

The Role

You’ll take ownership of your area, ensuring our coffee and vending machines deliver maximum uptime, reliability, and performance.

Your day-to-day will include:

Fault finding and repairs across coffee and vending equipment
Delivering first-time fixes and reducing repeat visits
Proactive preventative maintenance
Working closely with the Field Operations team to improve performance
Bringing new ideas and smarter ways of working
Providing excellent, professional customer service

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

A strong fault-finder with electro-mechanical experience
Experienced in coffee machines, vending, or similar equipment
Hard-working and driven – someone who doesn’t cut corners
Comfortable working independently but thrives as part of a team
Confident enough to challenge the norm and suggest improvements
Committed to learning and development (including training courses)
Looking for a long-term career, not just a job
Proud of the quality of their work
